Hi, I’m Monika!

I have created this online course to help you getting a fit and healthy body through yoga in an easy and accessible way.

In Every class we will focus on a different part of the body. beginning from the foundation (your feet and legs) then going up to the glutes, and to the hips, to the low back, the core and abs, arms and shoulders and neck.

Every of these little Yoga sequences is short, around 15 minutes, so they can easily fit in to your daily routine yet they are long enough to be efficient and strong.
